Maury Regional Health conducts billing for:
- Maury Regional Medical Center
- Lewis Health Center
- Maury Regional Cancer Center
- Marshall Medical Center
- Wayne Medical Center
- Maury Regional Medical Group practices
- Federally-qualified medical practices
You may also receive separate bills for services rendered by your physician, anesthesiologist, radiologist, pathologist or Emergency Department physician. These bills are not generated by Maury Regional Health; therefore, you should contact the appropriate entity for inquiries. Maury Regional Health is a not-for-profit organization committed to serving the health needs of residents in the region, regardless of their financial means. Online Bill Pay PORTAL
Maury Regional Health's online payment portal is an easy-to-use, secure way to understand your medical bill and make payments.
To access the payment portal, visit mrhs.vantagepay.net/payment. Patients will need to sign in with their last name, zip code and the account or guarantor number listed on their most recent statement.
New statements will be sent via email, text message or postal mail. We recommend adding admin@paythedoc.net to your trusted sender list to avoid emails being sent to spam or junk folders. To change the method in which you receive statements (e.g. paper, text or email), please call 931.371.7320.

BILL PAYMENT & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Those who need to drop-off a payment or a financial aid application should use the Patient Accounts Office drive-through at the Maury Regional Annex, located at 1223 Trotwood Avenue in Columbia (across from the medical center). The drive-through is open Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
If you have a question about your Maury Regional Health statement, you may call the phone number on the statement or visit our Patient Accounts Office in the Maury Regional Annex. Office hours are Tuesday–Thursday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. A financial counselor is available at the Annex on Wednesdays from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Balance billing
When you get emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from balance billing (sometimes referred to as surprise billing).
