Maury Regional Health facilities utilize Press Ganey, an independent research firm, to conduct patient satisfaction surveys. Patients may receive a survey in the mail to be completed and returned in the accompanying postage-paid envelope. Some patients may receive a survey from Press Ganey via email and can complete the survey online. Individual responses remain confidential and anonymous unless you specifically request to be contacted by a staff member.
Extraordinary Hero Program
Want to recognize someone who provided extraordinary care?
The Extraordinary Hero program enables patients and their family members or friends to recognize someone who provided excellent care during their stay with Maury Regional Health through a donation to the Foundation. To obtain a form to recognize an Extraordinary Hero, please ask the nursing supervisor during your stay.
DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses
Maury Regional Medical Center values our exceptional nursing professionals and has adopted the DAISY Award to celebrate nurses for their extraordinary care and compassion. Nurses can be nominated for the DAISY Award by anyone who experiences or observes extraordinary and compassionate care being provided by a member of our nursing team.
