Admit/transfer a Patient to Wayne Medical Center
 

To admit or transfer a patient to Wayne Medical Center, call 931.722.2050 and ask for the house supervisor or charge nurse. Patients should be transported to the Emergency Department entrance. To help expedite the transfer of patients, please have the following:

• Referring physician or facility name and contact information
• Patient’s name, age and date of birth
• Clinical status, including history and physical, a list of medications taken and last dose administered
