BLS Renewal Course


This course is intended for the health care provider that frequently performs CPR and has core knowledge of the skills required to manage a cardiopulmonary event.

The BLS Health Care Provider Course focuses on four basic skills:

  • Adult/Child CPR
  • Infant CPR
  • Mouth-to-Mask Ventilation
  • Use of AED

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Advance registration is required. The registration deadline is two weeks prior to the scheduled course.

Maury Regional Health Employees:
Maury Regional Health employees enroll via the Professional Development Academy. Employees must also get department approval and forward the Payroll Deduction to Nursing Professional Development.

Non—Maury Regional Health Participants:
Course cost is $70 (includes course materials) and registration is available online by selecting an available date. You can also contact Nursing Professional Development at 931.381.1111 x7428.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDs

If you need to cancel, please contact Nursing Professional Development at 931.381.1111 x7428.

The requirements for a full refund are:

  • Notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the class.
  • Course materials are returned prior to the course (certified mail or in person)
  • Course materials must be in excellent condition.
