Therapy Services at Wayne Medical Center

Physical, speech and occupational therapy programs are designed to help patients recover following surgery, illness or accident or enhance function to improve their quality of life. Therapy can benefit all ages, including children who are experiencing developmental delays, athletes recovering from a sports injury and adults who need to regain function following joint replacement surgery.

Wayne Medical Center is pleased to offer a full range of therapy programs to benefit patients whose physician has recommended therapy as well as those who may benefit from therapy services through self-referral.

In addition to therapy services that are available to patients who are in the hospital or in one of our transitional rehabilitation (swing bed) rooms, we offer a range of outpatient therapy programs for all ages.

The Wayne Medical Center Therapy Center is conveniently located in Waynesboro, just east of the entrance to Wayne Medical Center, on Highway 64 East. The therapy center features equipment to help you and your therapist design a program that will benefit your individual condition.
