programs and benefits be readily accessible to all,

Communication Assistance
For patients with limited English proficiency, registration areas have the Spanish Patient Rights and Responsibilities available and will utilize the Communication Assistance Resource Directory for other languages. Patients who need assistive devices (magnifying glass, sign language, etc) or have a communication challenge (deafness, low vision, etc) will have alternative communication techniques available. The Admitting Department or Quality Services Department should be contacted assistance.
