Maury Regional Medical Center utilizes Avatar Solutions, an independent research firm to conduct patient satisfaction surveys. Patients may receive a survey in the mail to be completed and returned in the accompanying postage-paid envelope. Individual responses remain confidential and anonymous unless you specifically request to be contacted by a staff member.
